These extensions connect directly to our Round Modular Moss Pole system, allowing you to increase the height of your plant support without replacing the entire pole.

Enclosed Back for Better Moisture Retention

The honeycomb-style front gives aerial roots access to the sphagnum moss inside the pole while helping keep the moss securely contained.

Unlike a completely open cylindrical design, the enclosed back reduces the amount of sphagnum directly exposed to the surrounding air, helping slow moisture loss.

Made from Durable PETG

Our moss pole extensions are 3D printed from PETG rather than PLA.

PETG is tough and moisture resistant, making it particularly well suited to moss poles that are regularly exposed to damp sphagnum moss, water and humid growing conditions.

Yes. That's exactly what the modular system is designed for. Add another section whenever your plant approaches the top of its existing moss pole.

How much height does each extension add?
Each section adds approximately 25.5 cm of additional climbing height.

Does this include the water feeder and stand?
No. This listing is for extension sections only. The stand and removable water feeder are supplied with the complete starter kit.

What should I fill the extension with?
We recommend damp sphagnum moss. Fill the new section before or after attaching it to your existing pole, whichever you find easiest.

What are the extensions made from?
Each extension is 3D printed from durable, moisture-resistant PETG.

Can I choose a different colour from my original moss pole?
Yes. Choose from 11 colours, allowing you to match your existing pole or mix colours.

Can these extensions be used with other brands of moss pole?
They're designed specifically for our Round Modular Moss Pole system, so compatibility with other manufacturers' poles cannot be guaranteed.
